Pigs! show at the Cockpit Theatre

Pigs! A dark comedy written by Bang Crosby - who is also the lead in the show John Hamilton- and produced by Sweinhaus was performed on stage on Friday 10 November 2023 at the Cockpit Theatre in London. The show was performed as a visual stage reading and recorded for the purpose of streaming as a radio play. My role was that of Leila, the antagonist of the play and secretary of Gary Skinner, who runs a meat factory where pigs are slaughtered. Leila is an ambitious and calculative young woman who plots a secret overthrow Gary while manipulating him daily. In secret she already plots with American investors who have their eye on the biggest company monopolising the city of Wigan.

A Power Walk of Women

This stage play was directed by John Whelan (Midsummer Nights Dream) and written by Rachele Fregonese. The story is divided over different female characters from different eras introducing themselves in a monologue and describing their lives through one significant moment in their lives.

I played the role of Lady Margery Belaruse. This stage play was performed at the Pasley Park Theatre Festival.
